Canyoneering in Nepal
Canyoning

Rappelling down unexplored waterfalls into canyons, gorges and wild rivers in the Himalaya region of Nepal is extremely adventurous! We have Canyoning programs that give you an adventure experience of a LIFETIME!

As many true adventure seekers have discovered, the most exciting spot for swimming begins at the very edge of a 45m waterfall. After the first descent, we rappell another 25m down a steep canyon, then to the wild rock formations, through powerful blasts of water. At the end of the excursion, we make our last jump and submerge ourselves into a pool. Once on the ground, we rest on a beach within the canyon walls and swim out between narrow boulders.

From sheer cliffs and slides to pounding waterfalls, you will experience all the joys of canyoning. Despite all the fun and games, this sport requires the guidance of an expert. Our instructors are experienced canyoneers and believe that the practice of safe canyoning necessitates the proper gear, continual vigilance and a good knowledge of the aquatic environment.

We offer trips to the following canyons/areas:

  • Adventure and technical canyoning in Marshyandi
  • Bhotekoshi Valley
  • Chamche
  • Sunkoshi Vally (Bolde-Kallery)

Rafting in Nepal

Rafting

Flowing wild with the rapid waters or rafting in the rivers of Nepal is an ideal way of escaping the trappings of everyday life. Nepal's rivers are very unique, starting from the glaciers of the worlds highest mountains, they plunge through towering gorges and forested foothills before the more tranquil journey along the Ganges plain on their way to the Bay of Bengal. Rivers here are regarded as goddesses, and are included in a number of Hindu and Buddhist religious rituals. You may be lucky to witness a river festival during your trip.

We offer trips on the following rivers:

  • Arun River
  • Bhote Koshi River
  • Marsyandi River
  • Seti River
  • Sunkoshi River
  • Trishuli River
  • Kali Gandaki
  • Karnali

Whether you are a novice rafter or an experienced thrill-seeker, we will ensure you an adventure of your lifetime!

Jungle Safaris

The country’s jungles are home to some of the most unique and rare animals in the world. The warm subtropical Terai region of Nepal houses such animals as Royal Bengal tigers, rhinos, leopard’s wild elephants, sloth bears, monkeys, crocodiles, and four kinds of dear and over 250 species of exotic birds.

The Terai region is home to the Royal Chitwan and Bardiya national parks. These wildlife parks were established to protect these endangered animals and the environment they live in. They are the premier places in Asia to enjoy a true jungle experience.

The Royal Chitwan National Park has 6 premier jungle resorts scattered inside its boundaries. These secluded resorts are the perfect place to experience the true safari atmosphere of the Terai.

All the jungle activities are just a step away and there's always a chance to spot wildlife. The resort offers individual cottages with a private bath or well-appointed luxury tent camps to stay in. You will be in the heart of the park surrounded by the soothing jungles of Nepal.
