Indian Lake Tour

Course length: 2 days, 1 night

Location: Adirondack State Park

Prerequisites: Prior paddling and camping experience

Ratio: 6:1

Course description: We meet at Indian Lake Islands Campground in Upstate, NY, starting off our paddle to our island or shoreline campsite.  After we set up camp, we head out for a day of paddling, wildlife viewing, fishing and shoreline hiking.  We head back to camp for a night of music, hopefully a fresh trout, bass or salmon dinner and some good conversation with your trip mates. The next morning we'll start off with another few hours of paddling along Indian Lake, which is 12 miles long and covers 4,365 acres. We wrap up camp after lunch and set out around mid-afternoon.

Cranberry Lake Tour

Course length: 1 day

Location: Cranberry Lake, NJ (Newton, NJ)

Prerequisites: Prior paddling experience

Ratio: 6:1

Course description: We meet at the access pull-off on State Route 206 for Cranberry Lake a few miles North of I-80 in New Jersey. We'll enjoy a day of flatwater kayaking on a beautiful lake in a quiet setting. Don't forget to bring your camera on this trip!
