Nepal

The tiny Himalayan republic of Nepal has everything to offer; nature, culture, sightseeing and adventure. Snow clad mountains, fertile plains, high Himalayan peaks, rhododendron forests, crystal clear lakes, narrow trails, snaking highways, exciting caves, deep gorges, supernatural waterfalls, wild Himalayan rivers, daring rock faces and other creations of nature that combined with human made culture are making Nepal the most popular destination in the world.

Annapurna trekAnnapurna Circuit Trek

Your trek starts from Besisahar and runs alongside the Marshyangdi River, with great views of Manaslu and Himal Chuli. The trek accomplishes an altitude of 5,416m at the Thorung La pass, connecting the periphery of the legendary Tibetan plateau. The glorious mountain vista view includes Annapurna 8,091m, ice pyramid Dhauligiri 8,167m, the home of the legendary Buddhist guru Padmasamba, and Machhupuchhare 6,993m, are a few of the most beautiful mountains in the world.

As you trek down to the west at Muktinath from Manang, the route goes to the unproductive Tibetan-like village of the Kali Gandaki. The world's deepest gorge passes between the giant Annapurna and Dhaulagiri mountains at dana, one of the most exciting parts of this trek.

The Annapurna Circuit trek follows the early paths used for trade routes between Nepal and Tibet, a previously remote section. This trail, circling the Annapurna massif, offers a spectacular assortment of people and landscapes, beginning from lowland to alpine meadows then onto the Tibet.

Dhaulagiri Circuit Trek

The Dhaulagiri trekking zone is considered one of the most isolated places containing the most Himalayan peaks, hidden valleys, high passes and sweeping vistas. White Mountain, separated from the Annapurna region by Kali Gandaki gorge, the deepest gorge in the world, comprises more than 10 peaks over 7000m.

The meaning of Dhaulagiri is the White Mountain: soaring in solitary magnificence, this outstanding summit ascends as a massive shoulder of pure ice. The Dhaulagiri is the7th highest mountain in the world positioned in the northwest of Pokhara Valley.

The trek through the pristine area of Dhaulagiri is challenging and adventurous. From Beni, up to the base camp where trekkers reach the French pass (5,360 m), the highest point of the trek, down the French pass entering the lost but attractive wilderness areas reachable to trekkers in Nepal known as The Hidden Valley. There are reports of many endangered species residing in this area including the mysterious snow leopard. Subsequent to crossing Dhampus pass, the trek comes down into the valley of the Kali Gandaki meeting the main trail either at Marpha or at Tukuche.
